Seventeen-year-old Judith lives in Nakivale Refugee Settlement with her mother and was born with a disability that made childhood challenging. Through the Opportunity-supported Wenzetu women’s savings group, she gained support to attend school, access physiotherapy, and use crutches. Judith now dreams of using her experience to help others.
My hope for the future is that when I get well, I can help others too.
