Widowed and living with a disability, Joselyne joined an Opportunity International-supported savings group, gaining skills in saving, borrowing, and sustainable farming. With a loan, she invested in livestock and crops, gradually expanding her farm. Today she sells surplus produce which allows her to save regularly. With her newfound income she is able to cover her family expenses and has gained financial independence and security.
Generally, given where I came from and my current level, I have made significant progress. I never imagined to reach this level.
